The outer wall is engraved with various hand-written forms of the character “順” in seal script, while the interior features a hand-brushed inscription in clerical script:
“風順雨順，諸事順” (May the wind and rain flow smoothly, and all things go well.)

A silver-wrapped rim adds elegance and durability, while the antique-style ring foot (圈足) reflects classic Song and Ming dynasty aesthetics.
